Welcome to Saphira! All of our items are handmade. Each item is made one at a time, and will be unique with its own irregularities/workman-
ship. we use vintage, new, end of lines and handmade supplies from all over the world for my pieces.

There are two shop headings. The first is "One of a Kind". These are items made that are, simply stated, one of a kind. we make one piece at a time. There are no "quantities/stock" as there is only the one you see listed. When it is purchased, there will not be another one listed that will be the exact same. A piece may be created that is reminiscent of another one, or perhaps a similar arrangement of colours or textures, but no two pieces are ever truly identical. Each one is hand-made and an item you purchase from Saphira under this heading is the only one there is. You will own a creation that is truly one of a kind!
The other heading is "Made to Order". These items are creations that we realize one size does not fit all, so they can be ordered in the size and material/colour that best suite you! These, please remember, are also handmade, one at a time. There will be slight differences and variations of pattern or shape in each one as it is made by hand and not machine. These items are more likely to be available on an ongoing basis, and each one will have its own time necessary to make under its description.

Remember to come back often, as we will be constantly updating with new items as they are created. You never know, it might be just what you were looking for!
Processing and Shipping
Please allow a minimum of 2 business days for processing of any one of a kind items for shipping. You will be notified when your purchase has been processed and shipped. Custom orders have approximate times to build an order in each product description. This is the time to construct your product, not process it for shipping. Shipping times listed are only estimates, and based on info available. Once an order is shipped, Saphira has no control on time of arrival for a product to reach its destination. If we are informed of an unexpected delay, we will be sure to inform you. We appreciate your support and understanding.
Care and Maintenance

Proper care of items will help with ensuring a
product will last and allow you to enjoy them
for longer. Pure and plated metals can tarn-ish with time and use. Gentle polishing can help remove this if wanted. Like all products that are handmade, they can break or be damaged if not maintained or treated well. Stretch jewelry should be put on with the least amount of stress possible to ensure the longest wear life. Do not use force with any item.
Refunds and Repairs
Products are not available for exchange or a refund. All products sold on Saphira are well described and photographed. Remember to treat all items with care. Damage can be a result of excessive bending, exposure to any chemicals or lotions, rough handling or over stretching will not be eligible for refund or exchange. If you damage/break any item purchased from Saphira, they may be able to be repaired for a fee which is determined on an individual basis and is at our discretion.
The item will need to be shipped back to us at the customer's cost. Please contact us for more information.
